If you make it as far as Cooperstown, NY, pick up something from Brewery Ommegang. You’re likely to find their stuff in some stores in NY, and I recommend either Hennepin or Rare Vos as well as their “dessert” beer, Three Philosophers’. And if you can manage to find some (it’s often in high demand), I’m a fan of Fuller’s London Pride.

The casino near my alma mater had a large beer menu. When my friend I saw a beer called “Skullsplitter”, we knew we had to try it. It was a very good Scottish Ale; I would definitely recommend it.
Also, if you can still find it, check out the Samuel Adams Long Shot 6 pack. it contains 2 bottles each of the three winners of their home brew contest. The Old Ale and Boysenberry Wheat are great.

Victory Hop Devil. It’s a serious IPA. The flavor is as good as the name.
Victory Brewing is locate on the outskirts of Philadelphia. They make several tasty brews of which Hop Devil is the best. See http://www.victorybeer.com/home.html for more.

If you are going to be dropping by Buffalo, then you can get easy access to Ommegang and Victory (Hop Devil is good, but I perfer their Imperial Stout) products as they show up even in the supermarkets from time to time. In addition there is Ellicott Brewing, Great Lakes Brewing, Ithaca Brewing and Saranac which all have regional beers of varying quality. Also, there is an interesting Imperial Stout called Old Rasputin which comes highly reccomended, Heavy roasted malt flavor covers up 75IBUs pretty well.

Since you’re an avid beer drinker, do you know anyone locally who brews their own? I’d see if you can find some of those to try, any home brewer will probably appreciate what you’re doing and would be more than willing to contribute a sample. (you may have made a stipulation about the beers having to be commercially available, I can’t remember).
however, some of the off-the-shelf beers i’ve tried that you might like are:
La Fin Du Monde
Aventinus Dopplebock
Delerium tremens
Corsendonk
Also, if you know anyone in the lower wisconsin area, you should try anything by the new glarus brewing company, they’re beers are rather quite good, I recommend their bock (called Uff-Da), and Yokel, which is similar to Pilsner Urqel IIRC.
Keep up the good (tasting) work.

Any Rogue beer
Chimay (three flavors)
Ommegang beers are available in FL
St. Bernardus-excellent Belgian, several flavors.
Allagash is another good US brewery, available in FL.
Dogfish Head beers are good.
Abita beer (4 flavors) is brewed in Louisiana–All are good.
Wittekerk(sp)–a true Belgian White
If you’re travelling up the east cost, try to get a hold of a Natty Bo (National Bohemian). I believe it is brewed in Baltimore.
Knightly Spirits, on Hiawassee Rd. in Orlando, has an excellent beer selection. You should definitely stop in there if you’re passing through. Their beer selection could probably get through the rest of the year.
Some ABC stores in the area have very good beer selections as well.

There are some good suggestions here and you have tried a good number already. Here are a couple more:
Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA (my only 10 out of 10)
DogFish Head Midas Touch (interesting beer)
Corsendonk Christmas Ale (my favorite corsendonk)
Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA (GREAT IPA)
Pabst Blue Ribbon (in a can to claim hipster status)
If you can find it try the 120. Dogfish also makes a seasonal IPA titled Burton Batton, which has a similar flavor to the 120 without the massive alcohol content. Both are fantastic and equally difficult to locate.
Cheers,
~D
