It may not be quite the end all and be all, of but it's readily available, and Belgian whites are easily my favorite summertime brew, though Bavarian wheats are close second. Interestingly, Berlin whites seem to be pretty thin on the ground. And since you've been more specific about your trip, I'll be posting more points of interest in the suggest a beer thread.
