					<description>When my wife and I were visiting St. Louis we hit &lt;a href="http://baileyschocolatebar.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Bailey's Chocolate Bar&lt;/a&gt;. 

They have a black &#38; tan takeoff called the black and red: the chocolate stout over a raspberry lambic (you should drink a Lindemans kriek for the blow, btw). It is delicious, a nice change, easy to recreate at home, and really takes care of the aftertaste you mention.</description>
