Belgian Whites are the style of beer that I feel the worst about not liking more. I think it’s one of those beer snobbery things - Belgian Whites are the greatest style of beer ever made… EVER is what comes out of far too many beer drinkers/writers. When I tell “beer” people that I enjoy beer but don’t really like Belgian Whites they look at me like I’m a drooling idiot with no idea of what’s going on. Never really bothered me that much, but it sticks in my craw once in a while.

This one’s not half bad, though - lots of citrus, lots of fruit. I wish I had some lemons or oranges around the house but it’s just not to be today. It’s a really nice color, too - pale and golden and hazy from the yeast. This is just a clean, refreshing beer that’s somewhat sweet and light on the palate.
