Nutty is the first thing I think of when tasting this beer. It’s a very nutty beer. Pours out with a off-white huge head that quickly goes away, sitting on top of a dark, nutty brown. More nuttiness in the smell, along with quite a bit of malt. Sweet nutty malt flavor as well, along with chocolate and caramel to a smaller degree. The hops in this balance the beer out quite well. I wasn’t that big a fan on my first couple of sips but it’s really growing on me while I write this.
