Apparently this is made by Flying Dog as well - I had no idea when I started drinking it. I can’t find it on their website, but the ratebeer.com site generally seems to be pretty good about knowing the correct brewers of beers.
It’s unfortunate, however - the flying dog Pale Ale is a pretty damned good beer - I just drank it a couple of days ago. This one, on the other hand, just isn’t in the same class. It’s still a good-looking beer, but it just misses out in quite a few places of taste. It’s hoppy, yes, but it’s far too fruity for as few hops as there seem to be hanging around there. It’s also a rather astringent beer - leaving a small film in my mouth that’s rather unpleasant.
